1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "1phwin," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated under the domain https://1phwin.cam and its associated services.
• "You," "Player," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 1phwin platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on 1phwin.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the real-money funds held in your 1phwin account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits awarded by 1phwin that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to authenticate your identity before withdrawals or large transactions are processed.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer activity, virtual sport, or other gambling product made available on the 1phwin platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be bet before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary tool by which a Player may request temporary or permanent restriction of their own access to 1phwin gaming features.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 1phwin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register player accounts;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted for individual players;
• You have not previously had a 1phwin account suspended, banned, or terminated for cause;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 1phwin or any connected platform;
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for another person;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

1phwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or Philippine passport). Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 1phwin. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — regardless of the email address, mobile number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 1phwin account login credentials, including your registered mobile number, username, and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party for any reason.

You agree to notify 1phwin support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity you did not initiate. 1phwin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where such losses result from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Account holders are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number, payment details, or contact information must be communicated to 1phwin support with supporting documentation. 1phwin reserves the right to suspend accounts where contact information is found to be false or outdated.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1phwin are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by 1phwin, though your payment provider may apply their own terms independently.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount at 1phwin is ₱100, subject to any higher minimums imposed by specific payment methods. Deposits are credited to your account wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 1phwin is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems. You must only fund your account using payment methods registered in your own name — third-party funding is prohibited.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification prior to processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 1phwin account holder. 1phwin reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to any withdrawal request at its discretion, including requests for additional supporting documentation.

Withdrawal Processing Times:

• GCash: typically 15–30 minutes for verified accounts
• PayMaya: typically 30–60 minutes for verified accounts
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer: typically 1–3 business hours on weekdays
• Visa / Mastercard: 2–5 business days depending on the issuing bank

1phwin does not charge internal withdrawal processing fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transfer fees. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. Requests submitted outside of standard banking hours or on public holidays in the Philippines may experience delays.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1phwin offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all 1phwin bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus — unused bonus funds expire upon the end of their validity window;
• Real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds unless the platform specifies otherwise;
• Maximum bet amounts may apply when wagering with active bonus funds — exceeding these limits may void the bonus;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live dealer games, certain table games, and other specific categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless 1phwin's promotion terms specify otherwise;
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred.

6. Gaming Rules & Conduct

All games offered on 1phwin are governed by individual game rules made available within each game's information panel or help section. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules and accept the stated return-to-player (RTP) rates and variance characteristics.

1phwin uses independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems for all RNG-based games. Live dealer games are conducted from licensed studio environments with physical dealing equipment subject to independent auditing. 1phwin's determination of game outcomes is final and binding in the absence of documented technical malfunction.

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or system failure that affects a game round, 1phwin reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wager amount to the Player's account. 1phwin's decision in such matters is final. No compensation for potential winnings that might have been achieved in the absence of a technical error will be paid.

Bets placed and accepted in error due to obvious pricing mistakes, manifestly incorrect odds, or typographical errors are void. 1phwin is not liable for any sums claimed based on errors of this nature.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1phwin platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one (1) 1phwin account, including through proxies, other household members, or different contact details;
• Bonus abuse: Opening accounts or making transactions with the primary intent of exploiting promotional offers without genuine gaming participation;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or sports betting markets;
• Use of automated systems: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner;
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using fraudulent payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility status;
• Money laundering: Using 1phwin for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime or any other illegal financial activity — all suspicious transactions are reported to relevant Philippine authorities;
• Chargeback abuse: Filing unjustified payment chargebacks while retaining winnings derived from the disputed funds;
• Circumventing security: Attempting to bypass, disable, or exploit any security measure, authentication system, or technical safeguard implemented on the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

1phwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 1phwin players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts applicable to your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after specified durations of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing your net gaming session result during active play;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing gaming features on 1phwin — please contact our support team to activate this tool.

A Player who has activated self-exclusion agrees not to attempt to circumvent this restriction by opening new accounts, using different contact details, or accessing the platform through third parties. 1phwin will take reasonable technical steps to enforce self-exclusion, but cannot guarantee complete prevention of access by a determined individual. Players are responsible for their own compliance with self-exclusion agreements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1phwin platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1phwin or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 1phwin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the platform.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of any 1phwin intellectual property may constitute a civil and/or criminal violation of applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1phwin shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.

1phwin does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from technical interruption, or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events may affect platform availability. 1phwin will make reasonable commercial efforts to restore service promptly but does not guarantee specific uptime levels.

1phwin's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from any cause, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 1phwin's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Philippine law.

11. Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting 1phwin support, provided that all pending wagering requirements are settled and no outstanding disputes are unresolved. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your last verified withdrawal method following successful account closure processing.

1phwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, restrict access to specific platform features, or withhold pending withdrawals under the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or financial information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicious account activity indicative of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider connected to your account;
• Order or directive from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Circumstances where continued access by the Player poses a legal or reputational risk to 1phwin.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 1phwin will communicate the nature and expected duration of the suspension where legally permissible. Account balances will not be forfeited on suspension alone — forfeiture applies only where a material breach is confirmed upon completion of the investigation.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and 1phwin, you agree to first contact 1phwin customer support via the live chat or email channel to seek an informal resolution. 1phwin will acknowledge disputes within two (2) business days and endeavor to reach resolution within fourteen (14) business days of the initial formal complaint.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures of a recognized Philippine arbitration body, to the exclusion of court litigation, except where applicable Philippine law mandates otherwise. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

You agree that any dispute must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding. Class-action waiver provisions apply to the full extent permissible under applicable law.

13. Amendments to Terms

1phwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered contact information on file or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the 1phwin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Earlier versions of the Terms may be requested from 1phwin support for reference purposes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and your relationship with 1phwin shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and 1phwin. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 1phwin with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
